It includes interviews with chefs from Alle Vettovaglie, who started serving cacciucco without smoothhound sharks, and fishermen from San Benedetto who release small sharks that accidentally end up in their nets back into the sea. Because LIFE European Sharks wants to find solutions that everyone can agree on to protect all species of sharks and rays.
